These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Amy Brown, a self-employed nail technician, at my home salon, Nail Studio by Amy.

Services Offered

I offer the following nail services:

Gel Polish Manicure

Builder / Hard Gel Structured Manicure

Pedicure / Gel Toes

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance via my website:

A booking confirmation will be sent once your appointment has been successfully scheduled.

Lateness

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full price of the booked service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash and card.

Prices are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any price changes prior to services being carried out.

Health and Safety

Clients must inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or other relevant health concerns prior to their appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if I believe it may pose a risk to the client or myself.

Refunds and Complaints

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so we can discuss a resolution.

Refunds are not provided; however, I will do my best to address and resolve any concerns where possible.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments. Nail Studio by Amy is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
